AK Recreational club occupies basement with a total area of 500 m2.

Team of professionals working in the recreational club has led to the creation of non-standard project in which the atmosphere is lifting energy, good mood and desire for perfection!

The flats at AK compound are well prepared with highly secured gas pipes with safety kept in mind.

The Two ton capacity sustain usage of gas for the flats of the compound for over 11 month.

Security and safety is our number one concern at AK compound we have managed security with best security experts out there so it’s not a headache to an AK resident. And here is how we have done that:

Security guards are on duty 24/7 with the 12 hours shifts
Cameras are up running and recording every public event/ entry / exit at the compound.

Security system: we have managed a system to log events/cars/visitors so we can block any potential exploits at our compound.

The engineers designed the outdoor area of the compound to meet the resident needs to enjoy time spent with the family and neighbors or even visitors whenever needed.

You can even enjoy staying at the Khaliji tent that has been design and prepared for your comfort stay at the tent.

Parking lots at other compounds is a major issue to residents but at AK this issue is totally solved for villas and flats residents.

The owners of villas have access to 2 private parking lots at their door step and 1 separate outdoor parking lot for any resident of a flat at the compound so your peace of mind and car safety is 100% granted at AK compound.

In today’s world everyone use social media to communicate and we have that in mind so we have a website designed with an integrated modules developed specifically for the residents help and support.

We are on facebook too! Everyone nowadays is using facebook to connect with people and we have created a page to make it even easier for our residents to communicate on the major social media platform facebook.

In WhatsApp we made groups to keep the residents up to date regarding any urgent issues.
